Legacy Counseling and Consulting Services provides therapy for individuals, families, and couples. We help foster emotional health for everyday people living everyday lives. We also provide consulting services to businesses, churches, and other organizations in the St. Louis area. We pride ourselves on being able to work with people of diverse beliefs, backgrounds, and cultures.

Dawn Jones, Owner

Therapist
Dawn Jones is a counselor, speaker, and teacher from St. Louis, MO. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Trauma Studies Certificate from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. She obtained a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and is in the process of completing a Master of Divinity. She works with individuals who want to overcome trauma, sex addiction, infidelity, anxiety, and many other concerns.
She has a deep desire to help those who are broken find wholeness and those who are afraid find peace. In all that she does, she hopes to help others see their worth and live a full robust life.
Angela M. Tate,

Angela M. Tate is a counselor, trainer and speaker from St. Louis, MO. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Maryville University - St. Louis and a Master's of Education in Counseling from University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Missouri. Angela is also an adjunct professor in the Psychology department of Harris Stowe State University. She works with individuals with a variety of different concerns including grief and loss, spiritual concerns and childhood trauma. She believes that each person has the capacity to fully participate in their own healing and counts it a privilege to be invited into the work.

Brandy Cruesoe, MSW,

Therapist
Brandy is a trauma-informed, individual therapist for adults ages 18 and up. With a compassionate and relatable presence, she helps her clients address concerns related to: anxiety and depression; work/life balance; self-esteem and self-image; relational/interpersonal stressors; sexual trauma; sexual pain, distress and/or dissatisfaction; fertility concerns. She integrates different approaches that help people who may be struggling emotionally with a variety of these concerns. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with her Master of Social Work (MSW).
She has a practice specialty of Sex Therapy, which is traditional talk therapy designed to address factors (of medical, psychological, interpersonal, social and personal origin) that contribute to a lack of sexual fulfillment. She is affiliated with the AASECT. With over a decade of diverse behavioral health experience, she is eager to help and provides a listening ear.

Candice Farrell, MAC

Candice Farrell is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the field for over 10 years. She has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University in St. Louis. Throughout her professional career, Candice has worked in community mental health, counseling agencies, and in the insurance industry where she investigated fraud, waste, and abuse.
She has received training in Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) which helps individuals who have concerns with regulating their emotions. In addition to DBT, she specializes in providing therapy to individuals who have experienced mental health and/or emotional concerns, adjustment disorders, grief, physical health concerns, and other life challenges.
Katherine Long, MAC, CIT

Katherine is a therapist, teacher and trainer specializing in anti-trafficking, sexual
addiction and trauma. After spending a decade in anti-trafficking work internationally, Katherine graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary with her Masters in Counseling. She works with
individuals, couples and groups who want to bravely take the steps to recover from addiction and trauma and seek a life of flourishing.
Kevin Webb, MAC, CIT

Kevin is a counselor who received his Master’s of Art in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary, St. Louis, MO. He enjoys working with diverse individuals, teens, children, and couples. He has experience in working with grief, anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship issues, and life experiences.
Kevin is a humorous and down to earth therapist that creates an an environment where clients feel safe to tell their story, gain insight into their stories, and make changes to their lives to feel fulfilling. He will utilize various therapeutic techniques to provide the best care for each client.
Daniel Bertilson, MAC, PLPC

Daniel Bertilson is an EMDR therapist whose heart is deeply bent toward collaboratively cultivating hope and healing in the lives of his clients. He graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and is passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds. He desires to help men & women better understand how their stories impact the ways that they currently interact with the world around them. As clients work with him, it is Daniel’s hope that they would know their value and worth and that their shame would melt away as he gently helps them learn to be kind to themselves. It is in the context of this kindness that Daniel helps his clients move toward achieving their goals.
Yvette Sanchez, MA, PLMFT
Therapist
Yvette Sanchez is a Provisional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from University of California Berkeley and a Master in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage in Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
Yvette works with adults experiencing anxiety, generational trauma, family conflict, life transitions, cultural identity, burn out, and first generation issues. Yvette enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Yvette provides therapy in English and in Spanish.Yvette offers a warm, supportive, curious, empathic, and non-judgment space. Her approach is shaped in the humanistic, feminist, and liberation psychology lense.
