Kashairra Johnson, MSHRM
Human Resource Specialist
Kashairra believes leadership is ultimately about people, not titles or policies. Her passion lies in helping organizations become supportive, empowering environments where employees feel valued and equipped to thrive. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Walden University and has been recognized for academic excellence through membership in Delta Mu Delta, Omega Nu Lambda, and Sigma Alpha Pi (The National Society of Leadership and Success).
Kashairra’s career with the State of Missouri has allowed her to design meaningful systems for growth. As a Training Supervisor, she developed workforce training programs, performance tools, and employee-development strategies that strengthened staff success and organizational outcomes. In her current role as a Program Development Specialist, she collaborates with community stakeholders to create programs that uplift justice-involved individuals, support families experiencing poverty, and assist parents working to meet their child support obligations, ultimately helping Missouri’s children grow up with stability and hope.
She is inspired by leaders who demonstrate courage and compassion. Stories such as President Barack Obama’s legacy of representation and Judge Frank Caprio’s family values remind her that leadership can change lives when it prioritizes humanity and justice. This belief guides how she works, how she builds relationships, and how she leads.
Kashairra’s mission is to strengthen organizations by strengthening people. She is committed to uncovering root challenges, developing effective solutions, and creating environments where innovation thrives, employees feel supported, and organizations become places where everyone can succeed.
